Pole Series Classes
Our pole series classes are leveled classes that meet once a week for typically 4 weeks. Each class builds upon the next. If you have any questions regarding what your appropriate level is, contact us.
A gentle progressive introduction to pole. All fitness levels are invited to join. Let us show you the world of pole fitness!
No pre-requisites
Pole is for EVERY BODY
This series is for Pole 101 graduates. Start taking your skills up the pole.
Pre-Requisites:
Completion of a Pole 101 series and permission from the instructor to graduate, or Backhook spin, OR
Firefighter spin,
Inside leg hook spin, AND
Mermaid spin
This series is for Pole 102 graduates. This class will combine the dancey pole movement learned in 101 as well as the flow and trick conditioning learned in 102 to begin developing stronger trick technique. In Pole 103, you will begin inverting plus weaving spins, tricks, and dance movements together to continue increasing your pole knowledge and confidence!
Pre-requisite:
Completion of a Pole 102 series and permission from the instructor to graduate, OR
Sustained pole sit (10 seconds),
Upright hip hold/jasmine,
Regular climb,
Strong hold position with pelvic tuck/knee ups,
Hood ornament/figurehead,
Full bracket/forearm bracket grip, AND
Upright hip hold from a climb w/ descent into upside down hip hold
This series is for Pole 103 graduates. This class will take the dancey pole movement of Pole 101 and build on the trick technique of Pole 102 and Pole 103.

Completion of a Pole 103 series and permission from the instructor to graduate, OR
Side climbs,
Jamilla,
Genie,
Outside leg hang,
Crucifix, AND
Figure 4 laybacks
This series is for Pole 104 graduates! Start using your upside down skills in longer combos and more adventurous tricks.
Pre-Requisites:
Completion of Pole 104 series and permission from the instructor to graduate, OR
Sustained crucifix (10 seconds),
Sustained jamilla (10 seconds),
Hip holds (upright & upside down),
Genie (10 seconds),
Superman (10 seconds),
Side and regular climbs,
Solid inside and outside leg hangs,
Leg switches with no hands,
Butterfly and extended butterfly w/o chest on the pole,
Pole assisted handstands/walkovers,
Figure 4 layback (10 seconds),
Mastered backwards shoulder roll, AND
Brass monkey (10 seconds)
Leveled Pole Classes
Our leveled one-off pole classes mirror the leveling of our pole series classes, without the 4-week commitment. These are drop in classes available for intermediate and above students.
This class is for Pole 103 Series Graduates and current Pole 104 students. This class will take the dancey pole movement of Pole 101 and build on the trick technique of Pole 102 and Pole 103. This class is intended as a drop-in class to allow our students to have more time on the pole.

Completion of a Pole 103 series and permission from the instructor to graduate, OR

This class is for Pole 105 students and Int/Adv Pole graduates. Learn upper level tricks with detailed breakdowns. Lots of progressions and spotting will be provided in this class.

Completion of a Pole 105 Series or Int/Adv with permission from the instructor to graduate, OR
Confident in butterfly,
Extended butterfly,
Leg hang switches with no hands,
Inversions,
Laybacks,
Superman,
Brass monkey,
Comfortable with shoulder mounts, AND
Familiar with ayeshas
Pole Heels Choreography
In these (typically) one-hour classes, you will learn the components of dancing choreography in pole heels or learn a pole heels routine.
This class will take the skills you developed in Pole 101 and focus on learning the placement needed to recreate the same movements in heels, as well as transitions between moves to build the framework needed for choreography in heels.
Pre-Requisites: Graduation from Pole 101
In this pole heels choreography class, you will learn a routine suitable for beginners.
Pre-Requisites: Intro to Pole Heels Choreography
Learn an intermediate pole heels routine that helps take your skills to the next level. This class may include more nuanced and quick movement to build on skills students have worked to develop.

Completion of a Pole 102 Series
Proficient in shoulder stands, rolls, and pirouettes
We’re adding a little spice to the intermediate tricks class you know and love! Bring your heels to work on tricks, combos, and of course, pointing your toes. This class combines tricks, heels, AND CHOREOGRAPHY!
Pre-requisites:
Completion of a Pole 103 Series and permission from the 103 Series instructor to graduate OR Current Pole 104 student, OR
Side climbs,
Figurehead,
Jamilla,
Genie,
Outside leg hang,
Crucifix,
Laybacks, AND
Upright hip hold from a climb with descent into invert
This is an hour and a half class where you'll deep dive into the details. You'll learn a routine while working through movement on both sides of the body. Students can expect choreography that challenges and pushes their skills.

Intermediate Pole Heels Choreography
Completion of a Pole 102 Series
Proficient in shoulder stands, rolls, and pirouettes
